Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, June 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be made online at www.newcomersandneighborsofwaco.com before the deadline date, which is 5 pm of the Friday before the luncheon. Payment is made to the Baylor Club, at the luncheon, via credit/debit card only.
Cancellations: If you cancel after the deadline, you will be billed for your meal unless a late reservation fills your place.
No Shows: Anyone who reserves but does not attend, and has not arranged a substitute, will be billed for the meal.
Walk-Ins: Members without a reservation will only be seated if space is available and will be charged for the meal.
Not on the Reservation List: If you reserved (verified by the Reservations Director) but your name is missing from the list, you will be seated.
